Sunday, October 1 Michaelmas
Morning Prayer 9:00, Solemn Mass 9:30, Brunch follows
Michaelmas is also known as the Feast of Saint Michael and All Angels and as such it's our Patronal Feast, the feast of our patron saint. It's a big day for us! We will worship in one big service all together, with a grand entry with our statue of St. Michael in procession.
Sunday, October 15 Blessing of the Animals
On this day we joyfully invite you to bring your pet for a special blessing. Pets are truly a part of our lives, and God cares for them, and for the relationships we have with our companion animals. The blessing of the animals will be offered at all Masses this Sunday.
Sunday, October 29 Parish School Sunday - 65th Anniversary
This Sunday we are celebrating the 65th Anniversary of St. Michael's Parish Day School. At the 10:30 Solemn Mass, the school choir will sing, students will serve as readers and prayer leaders, and alumni of the school will be our invited guests.
Wednesday, November 1 All Saints Day
Solemn Mass, 6:30 pm
This feast celebrates the Communion of Saints who have gone before us as models for our lives and heroes of the faith.
Thursday, November 2 All Souls’ Day
Sung Mass, 6:30 pm
On this day, closely related to All Saints Day, we remember our beloved dead - friends, family, and siblings in the faith - and we pray for their souls at rest as they await the day of resurrection.
Sunday, November 19 70th Anniversary of the Dedication of the Parish Church
Morning Prayer, 9:00, Solemn Mass, 9:30, Brunch follows
Our Bishop, the Rt. Rev. Jennifer Reddall, will join us to celebrate the 70th anniversary of our church's founding, and the completion of our House of the Faithful capital campaign, which has funded improvements to our church building in the last year.

Friday, January 5 Eve of the Epiphany

The Epiphany follows after the end of the Twelve Days of Christmas, and celebrates the arrival of Wise Men from the East, who bring gifts to pay homage to the infant Jesus.
Friday, February 2 Candlemas, or the Presentation of Our Lord Jesus Christ in the Temple
6:30 pm Solemn Mass
Candlemas celebrates Mary and Joseph taking their infant son Jesus to the Temple to be dedicated to God.
Wednesday, February 14 Ash Wednesday
12:10 pm Low Mass w/Hymns
6:30 pm Solemn Mass
Ash Wednesday is the first day of Lent - a time to remember our mortality and confess our sins. Ashes will be imposed at both Masses.
Sunday, March 24 Palm Sunday
Palms will be blessed and distributed at all Masses.
Sunday, March 31 Easter Day
Masses at 7:45 am, 9:00 am, 10:30 am. No evening service.
Monday, April 8 The Annunciation (transferred) - Exact date of observance is to be determined.
6:30 pm Solemn Mass
This feast celebrates God's call to Mary, delivered through the angel Gabriel, and Mary's "yes" to God's plan.
Thursday, May 9 Ascension Day
6:30 pm Solemn Mass
This feast celebrates the risen Jesus returning to God by ascending into heaven in the sight of his disciples.
